At Tee Talk & Apparel, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our updated return policy below:
Returns
We do not accept returns unless there is a mistake on our end, such as:
- A misprint
- An error in the design or image
- Issues with printing quality
- A lost item during shipping
To be eligible for a return in these cases, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, we may just ask you for a video and/or pictures of the item. Custom service will be able to assist you to better determine which items would just need video or photo evidence.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. We allow 48 hours as an acceptable time for inspection of an item AFTER the item is received. For items that are for gifts, please inspect to ensure that there are no issues, GIFTED items are given 72 hrs to review for issues, damages or defects.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Bathing Suits
- Underwear
- Opened Coffee Products

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding any issues and place a new order once the matter has been resolved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
