General Questions
1. What sizes do your T-shirts and hoodies come in?
They range from XS to 6XL in some styles and designs.
2. Are your products unisex or designed for specific genders?
Most are unisex, but we do offer only female and only male styles also. We also cater to children and their styles.
3. What materials are your T-shirts and hoodies made of?
They will either be Cotton, Polyester or a Cotton-Poly blend made from the best material and the most desirable quality. Comfort and style is our goal.
4. Do your designs fade or peel after washing?
No, they should no if properly cared for and if you follow the care instructions properly. Like with all things, if not properly cared for, they will fade and the material will not last. We ALWAYS recommend not bleaching the products, washing the material in cold to lukewarm water, no hard detergents and to air dry, line dry, hang and dry, lay and dry or very low temperature if you use a dryer.
5. Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes, we can customize and personalize almost all of our items. If you see an item that you like and would like it customized or personalized, please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to work with. You can always reach us at teetalkandapparel25@gmail.com
Shipping and Delivery
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
it can take from 2-10 days depending on the item that you order. Shipping and processing will be listed in the description of each item.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us and our warehouse that the item has a shipping label created and the shipping number. You can then track the package from there, but we also send you updates as the package moves through the various stages.
9. What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If delayed or lost, we most likely will notify you before you notify us. We will also be working very closely with our shipping partners to find out what happened to the package. If delayed, we will provide you with an updated new date and time window, if lost, we will work to ether get the item replaced immediately or offer a refund. We have not control of weather conditions and unforeseeable acts of nature, natural disasters, acts of war, destruction, etc. We will always communicate with you if there are any shipping problems. If the item is damaged, please take a picture of the product immediately. We do have a 48 hr window to review and approve your product after receipt, 72 hrs if the item is a gift. We will do EVERYTHING in our power to 100% assist you with getting your product replaced or either refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
10. What is your return policy?
We do offer refunds and exchanges on items that we have caused errors on, misprints, poor quality (with proof and return of item), printing mistakes, typos, wrong colors sent from our end, etc. We will 100% work with you to make it right to ensure you have a delightful shop:ping experience with us.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT AND CANNOT REFUND CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS. We only offer a refund or exchange of these items, if WE MADE the MISTAKE.
We do not offer refunds, if a customer changes their mind after ordering due to production of each item ordered.Can I exchange an item for a different size or design?
11. What happens if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
Reach out to us IMMEDIATELY at teetalkandapparel25@gmail.com so that we can go over the options with you and to confirm what the issues are and how to return the item, if needed.
Product-Specific Questions
12. Are your designs faith-based? What do they represent?
Absolutely, we are a Christian based store, but we love to have fun and offer a little snarky 'tude a time also. We represent Jesus Christ in all that we do. We believe that our faith should live out loud, bold and proud.
13. Do you use sustainable or eco-friendly materials?
Yes, we do, especially for our kids line. If you are looking for a particular product or design and have a special request for ECO-Friendly and that item is not listed as such, NO WORRiES, just shoot us an email and we can get you a listing and price for it along with a example of what it looks like (cost may vary from the listing on the website).
14. Do you have collections for specific holidays, events, or themes (e.g., Christmas, Easter, inspirational quotes)?
Yes, we always offer items for most to all holidays including back to school, and some other non traditional day to include graduations, weddings, funerals, etc.
